Modiadie said: ''I am so happy about my new venture. Not only am I doing what I love which is television hosting, but I'm also involved in the nitty gritty's behind the scenes. This show gives me a chance to connect with my guests on another level and show people a different side that they perhaps would otherwise never have seen. I also absolutely love music so this show is perfect. It’s exactly up my alley and it being on SA's biggest channel, SABC1 is a dream come true. I have no doubt that the viewers will love it.''

Zaziwa will give viewers a chance to get to know their favourite celebrities through the music that has helped shape their lives. This is music that is reminiscent of the particular celebrity’s life experiences such as their childhood, first kiss, difficult times, time spent with family, their travels and any other life experience or memory that would be triggered by a specific song. Zaziwa will also feature one-on-one studio interviews with these celebrities as they take viewers through their interesting journeys supported by music videos from their musical influences.

“Mzansi Fo Sho’s youthful viewers are passionate about their music and have a deep interest on news about celebrity lifestyles and the show will deliver to them a combination of both,” says SABC1 head of Publicity, Vukile Madlala.
