Enjoy the Vodacom Durban July in Johannesburg with Hello Joburg magazine

While a select few Johannesburg residents enjoy the privilede of attending the Vodacom Durban July each year, most are only able to watch the event live on television or hear about it from a returning work colleauge or friend at the canteen the following Monday.

Hello Joburg Mmagazine is now giving all Johannesburg residents the opprotunity to attend Hello Joburg July at The Turffontein Racecourse on the same day as the Durban July with all the same thrills and excitement one can expect in Durban. On Saturday, 6 July, there will be actual horse races at Turffontein as well as all the Durban races, including the main event being shown live on big screen TV’s.

Guests will have a choice of two function areas, a Classic area and the premium Anouchka Vodka VIP area.

Classic tickets are on sale for R200 and include entrance into Hello Joburg July, a separate comfortable seating area, private outside seating and bar area, Tote betting facilities as well as private bar access and food court. Table bookings for the classic area are also available at a cost of R1000 for six guests and include a complimentary bottle of Provocative Flavoured Vodka.

Anouchka Vodka VIP tickets are on sale for R1200 and include private VIP lounge area, private bar area and waiters, luxury leather couches, cocktail tables and seating, private VIP outside area, mini hand/neck massages supplied by The Pyramid Day SPA. There are also tote betting booths, a five course buffet lunch and evening snacks, and drinks throughout the day.

However, horse racing, fashionable folks and scrumptious food and drinks is not all that is on the agenda. As the best that Soul Candi has to offer will be providing one with live entertainment. The line-up includes Beat Army, Kid Fonque, Shorty On Sax and SoulSista.

So make one’s way to the Turffontien Racecourse, 14 Turf Club Street, Turffontein, Johannesburg. Doors will be opening at 11:00, and the after party commences at 17.00.
