Self-taught Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc returns for a second series of Kitchen Secrets. From his Oxfordshire kitchen he reveals how to cook some of his favourite dishes and the culinary secrets he has collected over the last 35 years. It airs from Tuesday, 25 March at 21:30 on BBC Lifestyle, channel 174 on DStv.
Each programme features an ingredient, or family of ingredients, that Blanc is passionate about. Recipes included in this series are seared squid salad, rack of lamb with ratatouille, vanilla rice pudding with crunchy caramel topping and a berrystrewn pavlova.
