Men infamously shy away from talking about their health or going for regular health checks, but since 2009, the annual Daredevil Run, has been challenging men to change their ways by taking the message to the streets, purple speedo and all.

It’s important for men to get to grips with male cancers, to be aware of the warning signs and do screening tests where possible, as men of all ages, shapes, sizes and race, are at risk of developing cancer in their lifetime. This is the message motivating our Daredevils to brave the streets.

CANSA will be there on the day providing free Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) screening for men over the age of 40. Participants will also be provided with free sunscreen

CANSA also challenges you to don your purple speedo and to rope you male friends, family and colleagues in as well.
