The Yard is named after the dockyards surrounding its location and is a bistro, bar, deli, and concept store all in one. The Yard was founded by GP Singh and Abigail Bisogno.

"After working previously with Abigail on launching her trading company at Spice Route Destination, it gives us both pride and pleasure to be working on her latest venture. With the added foodie weight her partner GP now brings to the mix, we are certain that The Yard’s multi-layered offering will please new visitors and soon-to-be-regulars." says company director, Lauren Shantall.

The Yard features a retail area where homeware and accessories are on display; a delicatessen filled with pastas, cured meats, preserves, cheeses, and desserts; and a food-on-the-go section that also offers smoothies and hot beverages, including coffee from Rosetta Roastery.

There’s also a main bar, adjacent to a salad bar and buffet area, whose selection changes from day to day. Finally, there is a fine dining section open for lunch and dinner, whose menu features a dishes inspired by Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Oriental, and Indian cuisine.
