Auditions for the new reality show are open until midnight on Tuesday, 22 of October. Individuals can record a video of themselves telling the show why they would be perfect for the role. Individuals can then upload it onto Twitter or Instagram with the hashtags '#TheTasteMasterSA' and '#StartWithAStella'.

The finalists will go head to head in a series of challenges that will test both their social and culinary skills. Each week, contestants are given 'the chop' until the taste master remains. The final challenge will see the finalists being taken to experience a true Christmas market in Belgium.
