RADA says that we all go through difficult times and things aren't always as perfect as we would like them to be. Sometimes this brings on feelings of disappointment, failure, insecurity and isolation.

According to RADA, it is important to offer support to those who are struggling.

Simply being more positive in the way we think, communicate and behave toward those around us creates positive change in our immediate environment and a ripple effect throughout society, adds RADA. Extending your circle of kindness, love and care to individuals other than those closest to you is what ultimately unifies humanity.

RADA says that individuals should practice empathetic and thoughtful acts of kindness to fellow human beings. Providing comfort restores inner strength and brings about healing — not only to yourself but to those around you.

RADA adds that it continues to extend its reach in offering support and care by adopting homes and centres situated around:
  • Gauteng
  • Free State
  • Limpopo, and
  • the Northwest Province.
RADA says that by supporting it or any other non-profit organisation, individuals can make a difference. Simple, consistent positive actions produce a ripple effect of lasting impactful positive change.
