The Litha team is inspired, freethinking and results driven. Its commitment to marketing excellence has taken it from being involved on a large scale in concept development and project management for the Department of Arts and Culture, fundraising of R9-million for The Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island on the V&A Waterfront, to retaining clients such as the National Heritage Council; Constitution Hill; Unity Incorporation; The Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism; NBI; THETA; SAB; Old Mutual; Gauteng Economic Development Agency (GEDA); and the African World Heritage Fund ( AWHF); an UNESCO and African Union partnership fund.
Litha Communications, established in 1999 by founding members, Beaulah du Toit and Teresa Jenkins, has grown from a small company to a leading player on the South African landscape of marketing, with Andile Ncontsa becoming the BEE partner and Executive Chairman in January 2005.

Litha Communications comprises Chartered professional PR Practioners and is proud to be associated with The Public Relations Institute of South Africa; The South African and International Associations of Professional Conference Organisers; and Nafcoc. These associations ensure that we are kept abreast of the ever evolving PR industry and that our standard of excellence is maintained.

Successful projects include the world Summit on Sustainable Development( WSSD 2002); Malibongwe - Commemoration of the 50th Women’s Anti-Pass March in 2006, with a capacity crowd of 68 000 people at the Union Buildings; The Ubuntu Awards with Fidel Castro as winner in 2008; and the Launch of the Liberation Heritage Route in Sabalele Village, Eastern Cape and various others.

The Team covers various areas of expertise, such as project management; professional conference management; tactical and special events; PR; media and brand architects.
