Tribeca Public Relations (Tribeca) has walked away with five gold awards at the 2025 PRISA PRISM Awards in Johannesburg — the most golds awarded to any agency on the night, and the highest number Tribeca has ever received at a single PRISM Awards event.
The work being recognised spans internal communication, B2B engagement, education and NGO advocacy, aimining to highlight the agency's ability to deliver strong results across a range of sectors and audiences, says Tribeca.
"This kind of recognition means so much to us," says Nicky James, co-founder and managing director of Tribeca. "We're proud of the work we do and the relationships we have with our clients, it's so rewarding to see this work being celebrated by our industry and peers."

"I'll never forget the first PRISM Awards we entered — it was 2007, and it was for the launch of Virgin Money in South Africa. We submitted just one entry and won. Standing on that stage for the first time felt huge. Now, almost 20 years later, seeing our team's work recognised across so many clients and categories is incredibly special. It's a reminder of how far we've come, and how lucky we are to do what we love, with clients and colleagues we really care about," says James.
Since that first win, Tribeca has aimed to grow into an agency recognised across many sectors from technology and education to sustainability and consumer brands. This year's PRISM results aims to speak to the strength of its client relationships, the thinking behind the work and the care their team puts into everything they do. After earlier wins at the PRCA Platinum Awards, The Mark Awards and the SABRE Awards Africa, Tribeca says it's a fitting finale to a year of work it is proud to have seen recognised on several respected platforms both locally and internationally, adds the agency.
"These wins make this year's PRISMs one to remember. It's a proud moment for our team and a reflection of the standard we set for ourselves: to do great work, with good people, for clients who value the power of communication. Congratulations to all the winners," James concludes.
