The No Bull Prize aims to recognise independent (non-franchise) businesses that demonstrate a genuine commitment to honesty, transparency and customer care, says the company.

Founded 15 years ago to challenge the complexity and lack of transparency in traditional telecoms, Euphoria Telecom was built on a promise of fairness, simplicity and service. The company's mission has always been to empower businesses with clear, affordable and honest communication solutions — values that continue to shape its products, culture and customer relationships today, adds the company.

"We're excited to be launching this service-centric initiative," says Lauren Pybus, Marketing Manager at Euphoria Telecom. "The No Bull Prize is a natural extension of the brand values that have guided Euphoria for the past 15 years. We believe that businesses that put fairness, honesty and customer care at the heart of everything they do should be celebrated and supported — and this award is our way of doing just that."

Unveiled during Euphoria’s 15th birthday celebration on Thursday, 4 September and endorsed by Darren 'Whackhead' Simpson, the No Bull Prize winner will receive a growth acceleration package valued at R100 000, including a cash boost, marketing collateral and promotion and customised telephony support where needed. The person who nominates the winning business will also receive a R5 000 voucher from Takealot, which is one of Euphoria's long-standing customers, says the company.

Entries are now open, and the inaugural No Bull Prize winner is announced at Africa Tech Fest, taking place in Cape Town from Friday, 10 to Monday, 13 November. Nominations can be submitted via Euphoria's website before 10:00 on Monday, 13 November, concludes the company.
