Media Voice Communication Services is focused on helping companies build their reputation and profile to increase profitability and improve sustainability.

The company focuses on:
1) Internal and External Stakeholder Engagement: It fully endorses King III’s emphasis on the importance of managing stakeholder relationships, and believes that companies should be engaging with their stakeholders, albeit internal or external, on a daily basis.
2) Media Management: The company will develop a media strategy and train your executives to enable your company to achieve maximum benefit from its relationship with the media. It does not believe in issuing one-size-fits-all press releases and hoping for coverage.
3) Sustainability Reporting: According to King III, a company that regards itself as a good corporate citizen has to produce an annual integrated report and “convey adequate information regarding the company’s financial and sustainability performance,” - (Recommended Practice 9.1.4.). Media Voice Communication Services' approach is to collaborate with companies seeking to fully integrate sustainability into their business practices, and assist them in communicating their performance in a well crafted and credible sustainability report.
4) Voice and Presentation Skills Training: The company empowers individuals at all levels of management to achieve greater impact when they speak. This does not mean that it mess with your identity or culture. The truth is that often it is not what you say but how you say it and this company ensures that people hear, understand and believe what you say.

Media Voice Communication Services was established by Anthea Abraham who is, among others, a former radio news editor; television presenter; recipient of the Steve Biko Scholarship for Senior Journalists; and a Rhodes University graduate. Aside from media, she has experience across many sectors and industries. She was previously employed by a multi-national tobacco company and produced its 2008 Sustainability Report, which was selected as the Best Sustainability Report for that year by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She volunteers at the Tertiary School in Business Administration (a free university that offers a business administration degree to previously disadvantaged individuals) and helps its students improve their speech and presentation skills.
