ICASA announces chairman candidates

MyBroadband reports that the National Assembly’s communications committee has agreed on a shortlist of six candidates for a vacancy at the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA), which will be made available when Chairman, Paris Mashile’s term of office ends in June.
The candidates are Lahlang Shirley Somo; Dr Norman Tinyiki Baloyi; Linda Dalbock; Tshepo Molai; Dr Alison Gillwald; and Dr Stephen Sipho Mncube.
