WhatsApp for Business is an Android app that has more advanced functionality than normal WhatsApp and includes the following business settings:
  • Profile Settings (location, opening times, website, email address, etc.)
  • Statistics (sent, delivered, read and received)
  • Short Link (a sharable short link that pre-populates a message to your business’s WhatsApp)
  • Messaging Settings (allows you to set an away message, greeting message and quick replies)
The majority of the tools focus on helping small business owners to automate, sort and quickly respond to messages.
