The independent and credible research survey is now live to record current and future intentions of professional social media content marketers in South Africa to facilitate the determination of optimum priorities for the next 12 months.

The survey relates to paid social media communications via platforms, networks, messaging, and speech and chat interfaces. It will assess interest in social media content related tools, search engine optimisation and artificial intelligence.

The objective of the survey is:
  • to establish key preferred channels, tactics, objectives and measurements
  • to establish currently preferred content categories and tools and how these preferences may change over the next 12 months
  • to rank current content tools and how these preferences may change over the next 12 months
  • to identify and weight current issues impeding social content management
The survey results will be announced at the Social Media SA Content Briefing in Johannesburg on Wednesday, 26 June. It will aim to complement the Social Media Landscape Study led by Arthur Goldstuck, now in its fifth year.

Click to access the Social Media SA Content Survey. It will take less than 20 minutes and, once the results are available, the respondents will receive a copy.
