We can sometimes spend hours and hours on our social media platforms; because we spend so much time on them, our feeds should be a safe haven for our minds. 

Unfortunately, this isn't always the case, and our feeds can be full of toxic posts that mess with our self-image and mental health. This is why it's necessary to remove all the toxicity from our feeds.
