Conversation LAB has been appointed to manage the complete integration of all four social media accounts of Markham, including media planning and buying, content creation, and community management. The agency will also be analysing data to its e-commerce site to help with better conversions and ROI.
Markham dates back to 1873 and is a leader in The Foschini Group stable with over 300 stores nationwide. The fashion account win comes shortly after the recent win with Godrej Kinky Hair brand.
