The project, by agency Open Co., aims to speak directly to the local market and create a uniquely South African piece that NODE CONTENT.TV is appropriately a part of.

Spitfire’s Markstry, who is a member of the company and a creative in the industry, directed the content. The content is produced by Cherice Whewell. The production house managed to shoot three spots in three days without losing quality.

BMW Select – First Date

NODE CONTENT.TV offers training to qualified film students. Its various partnerships allow training for sound engineering, film production, animation, and directing. NODE CONTENT.TV has all relevant facilities in house, such as an edit suite and recording studios. This procurement partner also allows students to buy/own shares within the company.

The new division aims to break creativity rules and go the extra mile for clients in a 'spunky' and innovative way. "The BMW Select campaign would not have been possible without NODE. They pulled a rabbit out the hat and made it all happen, from print to radio, even content," says Carl Willoughby, ECD at Open Co.

He adds, "Doing it all through them made so much financial sense. We’re pretty chuffed with the outcome and we hope to do more."
