The week, which begins with the judging of around 3 000 entries from across Africa and the Middle East, includes a seminar of international creative leaders, masterclasses, awards ceremonies and networking events.

As a member of the media that covers advertising, brand communication, the business of ideas and creative events, the Loeries says it wants to ensure that complimentary access is available to the relevant events, including judges, speakers and winners.

However, the Loeries can only provide accreditation to working media who, in return for access, can guarantee exposure for the Loeries and the region’s creative economy with the exemplary coverage for which they are known.

Here's how to apply for accreditation:
Loeries Creative Week takes place in Durban from Monday, 13 August to Sunday, 20 August – the full programme forms part of the accreditation application.

Individuals who are unable to attend can pass this on to another member of their editorial team for review and application.
