Prior to joining the agency, Kelly worked as a branding, communication and business strategist. Kelly had been managing content strategies, launching brands and driving business objectives at companies like Top TV, Viacom, MTN Irancell, M-Net and SABC.

According to Ogilvy, Kelly's experience, commitment and enthusiasm have been an asset to the agency, helping it to grow client brands and deliver meaningful communications. She was also a core part of operational management and senior leadership.
