list, which included CX influencers from across the world.

"It's encouraging that South Africa is starting to establish a footprint in CX. When I started nlighten
15 years ago, I was told there was no market for a CX provider in South Africa, but I was on a mission to get South African business leaders to take it seriously," says Schooling.
"I could see how the customer experience impacted a company's bottom line; it's long-term growth and ultimately the growth of our economy," adds Schooling.

were recognised for their efforts in redefining the customer experience. They were evaluated on:
- their contribution to leading CX content
- having a strong digital and social presence
- their roles in CX success stories, and
- their overall contribution to the CX discipline.
