WOO president Tom Goddard, says, "Toronto was our first in-person Global Congress since Dubai in 2019 and was the first opportunity for the global OOH industry to come together after the pandemic."

After two successful regional events in APAC and MENA, we look forward to our biggest and best Global Congress," concludes Goddard.
Thursday, 8 June 2023 will see a full day of presentations on the theme of the 'Expanding World of Out of Home', including the topics:
- 'Growing the Sector — Working Together'
- 'Maintaining OOH's Competitive Advantage — the natural home for great creativity', and
- 'Responding to the Sustainability Challenge'.
This will be followed by the
WOO Awards presentation and gala dinner in the Sud Hall Lisboa. Friday, 9 June 2023 will be a half day of presentations on the theme of 'The Science of Out of Home', including topics like:
- 'The Growing Importance of Data Usage in OOH'
- 'Driving OOH Growth through Audience Measurement', and
- 'Making OOH Easier to Buy — the Role of Programmatic'.
An international panel of speakers and panellists will be announced in the coming months. WOO has also announced that 2023 Global Congress prices will be held at the same level as the 2022 Global Congress in Toronto, which attracted over 400 delegates.
