The Loeries judging will take place in Johannesburg at Vega, The Brand Communications School, from 13 to 17 July 2009 and Judges Seminar will take place at the AAA School of Advertising on 13 July.

The finalists will be announced on 22 July and the winners will receive their awards at the Festival Weekend, which will take place in Cape Town from Thursday, 24 September to Sunday, 27 September.
