The honours is a one-year full-time or 18 months part-time programme.

Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in brand leadership:

The honours qualification develops a communicator who has the understanding and skill to launch, lead and manage brands that create successful businesses.

The degree presents an integrated and process oriented curriculum with real-life application. The programme engages leading brand perspectives and models that focus on building and sustaining value and competitive advantage.

It has two areas of application or specialisation, namely,

• Brand management and leadership
• Brand communications and leadership

Applications for the 2012 intake are open, with lectures starting in early March at the Vega Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban campuses. Admission to this honours qualification requires an NQF level 6 (Bachelors degree or National Diploma), 360-credit qualification.

Deadline for applications: applications should be in by 30 November. Late applications will be considered if there is place in the programme.
