Motsieloa’s passion for the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry, as well as his fascination with consumer behaviour dynamics, has seen him advance his career steadily at McDonald’s since 2004. In his current position as director of Corporate Affairs, McDonald’s South Africa he is responsible for human resources, business strategy, payroll and communications. Up until 2011, Motsieloa filled the position of Marketing and Communications director for McDonald’s South Africa, where he was required to provide the strategic Marketing and Communications Plan for the company to ensure that it achieved its business imperatives and goals.
