The new-look Engen Beaconhill Convenience Centre offers a diverse range of products and services, including a new Woolworths Foodstop, a Quickshop, Corner Bakery and ATM.

Mike and Moira Ballantyne have been running the site since 1997 and have always believed in providing customer satisfaction through convenience and personal service. “With our upgraded Quickshop and Woolworths Foodstop, we can now offer our customers a wider range of convenience products in a safe, friendly environment. The new parking facilities in well-lit areas further enhance the total aspect of the site, which helps in our goal to make our customer No 1 in all interactions”.

Dumisani Bengu, retail business manager for Engen Sales and Marketing, says: “We are proud of the work we do and to bring customers an exciting package in partnership with great brands, including Woolworths, Famous Brands and Retsol Corner Bakery. Together we deliver a consistent and excellent offering to meet the diverse needs of our customers.”

Bengu says Engen’s convenience offering is really paying off for the company – also for its dealers – and gives Engen customer equity far above its competitors. “Our efforts to deliver on our brand promise have been recognised and acknowledged consistently over the last few years. We are humbled by that and the level of support from our customers.”

Engen, the SA petroleum industry market leader, developed Reinvigorate with a view to consolidate its brand identity across all its service stations and convenience outlets, and to showcase its upmarket offerings. The programme is currently in full swing and will be accelerated over the next few years to ensure outstanding customer experience.
