The Creative Future Scholarship gives students from disadvantaged backgrounds an opportunity to enter the brand communication industry through tertiary education. The recipient of the 2013 scholarship will study at the AAA School of Advertising in Cape Town. The scholarship includes all tuition fees, accommodation, living expenses, study materials, mentorship and employment on completion of the programme.

“The Loeries Creative Future Scholarship represents an important investment for us,” says Andrew Human, CEO of the Loeries. “R30 from each Loeries entry goes toward the scholarship, so this is a chance for the industry to change the life of a talented young individual by employing them in creative economy. In this way, we are contributing to the transformation of the sector, and ensuring a rich source of talent and innovation for the future.”
