Ngxiki has a wealth of FMCG experience and prior to joining brandhouse, was an executive at Tiger Brands, responsible for local and traditional markets. In his first year at the packaged goods company, he achieved a sales revenue of R150-million and defined the route to market model.

He started his career at South African Breweries in 1999 as a human resource specialist and couple of years into his eight years there, crossed over to sales.

Ngxiki has also worked for big FMCG companies likes Parmalat South Africa as the general manager, customer services manager and Danone Southern African as the National Business acceleration manager, where he achieved the Business Driver of the Year Award for 2010.

Ngxiki, a keen runner who has completed two Two Oceans Marathons, officially started at brandhouse on tuesday, 1 October, and has relocated to Cape Town to take up this position. Over and above his role as field sales director, he will also be a member of the Extended Leadership Team and the Commercial Leadership Team and will report to Allan.
