An enticing Full English breakfast awaits at Mint, the Local Grill along with our special Hot Cross Buns. The Breakfast Menu consists of hearty favourites such as scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms, as well as yoghurts, cereals and fruit. Breakfast will be followed by the Easter Jazz Brunch, which will delight the senses with an array of appetisers from Chicken Liver Pate with Onion Marmalade to Hummus with Pita Bread. Caprese and Garden Salads as well as an assorted Bread Basket and Pickles and Chutney are also included. The main menu includes favourites like ‘Butter Chicken’ with Cumin Basmati Rice Pilaf alongside Beef Wellington with Rosemary Roast Potatoes and Mediterranean Vegetables with Olive Couscous. Tiramisu, Fruit Pavlova, Seasonal Cut Fruits and Ice Cream rounds out the deserts with more Hot Cross Buns.
Easter Breakfast at Mint, The Local Grill is from 07:00 to 11:00 at R190 per person; brunch is from 11:30 to 15:00 at R300 per person. Live Jazz music will entertain throughout.
