DigitLab launches an innovative, insight driven new service with the Johannesburg launch. The Digital Research division is a flagship service that offers clients (Nedbank, City Lodge Hotel Group, KPMG and others) a detailed view of their online presence, consumer conversation and influence network. “Online research in the past has always been difficult to garner insight from, getting the statistics is easy but true insight has always been difficult. This service tackles that exact challenge,” says Saunders.
In terms of providing insight into what DigitLab plans to achieve during 2014, “Up to now we have experienced amazing growth in our client base and in our personnel. With the opening of our branch in Johannesburg, we will offer a great service to further accelerate this growth - our aim is to ensure that we continue to remain an innovative and trustworthy partner to our clients,” ends Mandi Berghorst.
