Meta-data such as the publication, date, circulation, AVE, page number and dimensions are available with each clip and clients can easily toggle between hiding our showcasing these values. The including and excluding clip option allows clients to manage the clips in their Digital Redbooks by showcasing only the clips relevant to specific presentations, reports, sponsorships and events.

Newsclip’s Gate5 users, in addition to having the option to download print clips in their original form, are able to download the front covers of the magazines where their clips have been featured, directly from the web-based delivery platform. Once downloaded, Newsclip’s Redbook clients can use this new feature to include the front covers of magazines significant to their media coverage alongside their print clips. Similarly, all Africaclips, once unlocked on Gate5, will be available in the Digital Redbook.

The modify options on the Redbook portal gives clients a variety of options to customise their Redbooks by modifying the front cover; book colour; and title, adding their logo, as well as organising the clips according to their preference, which has become known as a ‘Brag Book’.
