Nazarene Khan is head of marketing and sponsorship for Africa and is responsible for all marketing, digital, and communications for Lifetime
®, HISTORY
®, and Crime + Investigation™ across Africa. Khan previously held the position of trade marketing director at Urban Brew Studios and before that was channel head at Glow TV. Khan reports to Nabee.
Reporting to Khan is marketing executive, Anita Gardini and social media coordinator, Justice Tshabalala. Gardini comes with an extensive marketing background in broadcasting in both radio and television and Tshabalala previously held key roles at CharterQuest Institute where he was instrumental in brand management, digital marketing, stakeholder communications, and operational marketing.
Nabee says, “Nazarene, Anita and Justice will be working alongside me to build and execute our local brand and marketing strategy for A+E Networks’ portfolio across Africa. I am delighted to have such a strong local team and we are excited to play a key role in driving the company’s future performance in Africa.”

® in the newly-created role of general manager for Africa in June 2016, responsible for building on the global media company’s success across the African continent, one of its most important growth markets.
