The Afrikaans publication, Kamp & Karavaan, will be a translation of the English title, and as such will contain exactly the same content as Caravan & Outdoor Life.
Editor Francois Huysamen says, "Our publisher, legendary caravan man Godfrey Castle, and I have been discussing the probability of an Afrikaans title for months. With recent developments in this niche market, we are now the only title specialising in caravan and camping content."
He adds, "Caravan & Outdoor Life has been the premier publication in this industry for over half a century and has over the years gathered a loyal readership. We are aware that many of our readers are Afrikaans speaking, and are excited to be able to bring them our quality articles in their mother tongue."
