Naidoo joins Okuhle Media from global management consulting firm Accenture, where he led the development and implementation of key corporate initiatives for blue-chip multinationals.

Naidoo's experience, ranging from digital transformation and strategy to marketing, product development and customer experience, aims to provide Okuhle with the type of visionary leadership that is needed in a time when unpredictability and change are the new normal.

Naidoo will be heading up a new look that the Okuhle Group has undergone, along with changes following the conclusion of an investment and recapilisation transaction with ASO Capital in August 2017.

The company is known for its daily live youth show, Hectic Nine-9, and others, including Sarah Graham Food Safari and Neill Anthony Private Chef, which have been distributed globally to territories that include Europe, the Middle East, North America and Australia.

The business has added two new offerings over the past year, namely Boost Collective, a content creation and marketing agency, and Cooked in Africa.

Relocating from Johannesburg to Cape Town, Naidoo says, "I’m going to use the next few months to intensely learn everything I can about Okuhle’s business."

"I will be hearing first-hand from the team as to what we're doing well and what we could be improving on," he adds. "I am excited to lead a thriving business of world-class creative talent and being part of the next season of Okuhle’s journey."

Naidoo holds a bachelor of business administration degree, where he majored in philosophy, strategy and finance.

He also has an Accenture Design Thinking Coach certification, a Disruptive Innovation certificate from Harvard Business School and a Leading with Analytics certificate from the Kellogg School of Management.
