Loved Like Crazy (Monday, 9 December at 21:00) takes the audience through the ties of toxic love that trap women in a cycle of abuse. Journalist and author Iman Rappetti guides the viewers through each stage of the cycle of abuse with empathy and insight.

The once-off documentary casts a lens on relationships that became headlines. These include:

  • Sandile Mantsoe and Karabo Mokoena
  • Mampintsha and Babes Wodumo
  • Frederik Bossert and Annelise Kriek
Other upcoming crime drama on Lifetime includes season two of South African Crime Stories (weekdays at 18:25), which investigates some of the country's most notorious crimes.

Homicide Hours to Kill (weekdays at 17:35) indicates that the key to solving the toughest homicides lies somewhere within the final 24 hours of the victim's life. Additionally, Poisonous Liaisons (weekdays at 21:55) uncovers that poison has long been a weapon of choice.

In Mysteries & Scandals (weekdays at 22:45) multiple Emmy® and Peabody Award winner Soledad O'Brien produces and hosts a crime series that takes a dive into Hollywood's most baffling mysteries and notorious scandals.

Reality series

In November, several brand-new reality shows also premier, including: 
  • Cheerleader Generation (Thursday, 21 November at 20:05)
  • Ms T's Music Factory (Thursday, 21 November at 21:00)
  • Monica The Medium (Wednesday, 27 November at 20:05)
The series Cheerleader Generation follows the lives of two groups of cheerleaders and their coaches. Ms T's Music Factory sees a former recording artist turned music manager and performance coach in search of the next star.

In Monica The Medium, Monica, a college student, uses her unique abilities to help clients communicate with loved ones who are no longer around and to deliver healing messages from the afterlife.

Lifetime also has announced the new season of Married at First Sight (Season 9 on Friday, 15 November, 20:05). The show heads to Charlotte, North Carolina and introduces viewers to eight new singles who agree to legally get married to a stranger at the altar. For the first time ever all the couples stay in the same apartment complex after they navigate being married to someone that they don't know.

In December, the new series Heartbreak Island (Tuesday, 10 December at 21:00) sees 12 single men and women bid to find their perfect match and win $100 000. Another brand-new series The Expandables (Monday, 2 December at 12.50) is a real-world construction show that sees Rob and his crew design and build space-saving renovations spaces for homeowners.

Lifetime Original Movies

Every Saturday and Sunday in December at 19:20, Lifetime will be airing new holiday season movies. Reunited at Christmas (Saturday, 21 December at 19:20) follows the story of Samantha (Nikki DeLoach) whose beloved grandmother plots from beyond the grave to bring the family together for one more hometown Christmas. 

In Christmas Reservation (Sunday, 29 December at 19:20) Holly (Melissa Joan Hart) is depicted as a pro at planning the Christmas events at her family's lodge. That is until her college sweetheart books a stay and tests her personal reservations about love.
