Paige is a former vice-president, acting SVP of A&R for the Universal / Motown Records Group. She joins from her own Atlanta-based production business She's A Movement Media Group. 

Paige was the CEO and executive producer at the media group for shows including:
  • Don't Cancel Me with Amara La Negra, a talk show for Fuse Media
  • Black Ink Crew for VH-1, and
  • Beyond the Pole for WE tv, for which she was the showrunner. 
Future Studios' new Atlanta office will become the United States hub for its content production activity. It will be responsible for original content such as:
  • Dating Different
  • Rakhis World, and
  • commissioned titles such as Gamesmaster for Channel4 and Meta.
