Celebrities will be stripping down in celebrating the arrival of spring at the
Heart 104.9FM's second annual Spring Dip. The station’s annual event will see these brave souls dipping into the freezing waters of Big Bay, Blouberg on Tuesday, 1 September. This year the focus is on creating awareness of safety on the beaches amongst the youth; parents; and anyone heading out into the waters during the coming summer.
Personalities that will be joining us the event are: Joe Pietersen, Stormers rugby player; Lara van der Watt, bikini model; Colin Moss, TV personality and actor; Rob Louw, ex-Springbok and his daughter Roxy Louw; TV personalities Candice McKechnie, Derek van Dam and Lance Witten; Trevor van Schalkwyk, ex-Mr Universe Body Builder; Michelle Gildenhuys, Miss SA Entrant; Tracy Howard, Stormers Babe; Conrad Jantjes, Springbok Fullback; and Chester Williams-ex Springbok and TV commentator, to mention but a few. They have all decided to celebrate, not only the beauty of Cape Town, but also remind us of how to enjoy our beaches responsibly and keep them clean.
