Award winning, renowned French singer; actor; and playwright, Danièle Pascal will present an evening of the golden age of the French chanson featuring a selection of cabaret; romantic love; and French Café songs at The Joburg Promusica Theatre in Roodepoort on Wednesday, 19 May.
Award winning, renowned French singer; actor; and playwright, Danièle Pascal will present an evening of the golden age of the French chanson featuring a selection of cabaret; romantic love; and French Café songs at The Joburg Promusica Theatre in Roodepoort on Wednesday, 19 May.
Pascal's fans will enjoy new interpretation of a repertoire ranging from American standards to timeless romantic French Café songs from her best-selling album, Parisette, and old favourites from Edith Piaf; Jacques Brel; Juliette Greco; Mouloudji; Cole Porter; Charles Trenet; Marlene Dietrich; and many more. Daniele will also include selected highlights from her latest show, Champagne Taste - a tribute to Eartha Kitt.
