After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Writing and Industrial Sociology from the University of Cape Town, Linda joined the founding team of Touchline Media’s custom publishing division. There, her understanding of the publishing market grew and her insight into consumers and consumer trends deepened, writing for diverse titles such as Discovery, MTN Business and Horizons and managing the in-house titles distributed globally for Sanlam Investments.

Linda later went on to become feature writer for Cosmopolitan magazine where she thrived in the dynamic newsstand title environment.

Along with some of Cape Town's most talented young women in the industry, Linda also helped found the Cape-based forum, African Women in Media. The enterprising writer and editor is also one of the strategic developers of The South African Network Alliance – a business networking forum which reaches out to young professionals across various industries.

‘I look forward to taking on the challenge as Jet Club magazine editor and joining The Publishing Partnership team. It is a dynamic title with a strong readership in its market segment. With this in mind I aim to continue and grow the tradition of editorial excellence achieved by my predecessor’ says Linda.

In her leisure time, Linda enjoys music and is the lead singer of a band getting a lot of airtime.
