Richard MasonAt the tender age of 19, Richard Mason catapulted to fame and became Britain’s most 'hyped' young novelist, hailed as the new Martin Amis. But he soon learnt that you’re only as good as your last book and that it would take more than writing to find himself. He’s since set up the Kay Mason Foundation, in memory of his sister, and he’s ploughing back into the country of his birth.
Carte Blanche caught up with him in Cape Town.
