GQ has once again named South Africa's Best Dressed Man of the Year.
Their details all appear in the November issue of GQ, which is on sale now.
The top 10 were named and awarded at a gala event held at The Westcliff in Johannesburg on Wednesday, 25 October. The top 10 all received prizes from the sponsors of the awards ceremony: TAG Heuer, POLO Black, Redken for Men, Chivas Regal and Mumm Champagne.
The 50 were selected by a panel representing GQ magazine. They included Arthur Malan, GQ’s Fashion Editor, Craig Tyson, Editor of GQ, Michelle Constant, GQ Contributing Editor, Noni Gasa, media personality, and Robert Cilliers, GQ Art Director and Associate Editor.
The winners were those who the judges felt showed ability for smart, distinctive dressing with individual flair. From the looks of the winners on the evening, they were well deserving of the titles they were given.
The best dressed man of the year is not a competition - but an award presented by GQ Magazine to the people they feel surpassed expectation in their fashion sense.
