Protection from Harassment legislation deals with stalking in instances where the stalker and victim aren’t in a relationship, and offences are punishable by imprisonment. But here’s a story of a Fish Hoek woman who, six years ago, organised a hit on the object of her desires, has since appeared in court 50 times, but is still at large and, like him, seems to have become a victim of the criminal justice system.
