Pon Da Thing features the renowned Banky W who landed in South Africa in preparation for the music video shoot. The music video will be directed by acclaimed, award winning director, Sesan, who shot D’Banj’s Oliver Twist, Sarkodie’s Bounce and Wande Coal’s The Kick music videos just to mention a few.

“I’m very excited about this video shoot and song. It’s a long overdue collaboration between my good friend, Banky W and I,” shares Sarkodie.

The track and video will be released in two weeks’ time, just ahead of his Christmas album debut. “Sesan is an amazing director with great creative intuition so everyone can expect a mind blowing video” expresses Sarkodie’s manager, Samuel Forson.
