Amaya stars as Dr. Julian Garcia while Celaya plays the role of commissioner Eva Zanetti, who is investigating the deaths of young women in the town – the killer becomes known as “The Hunter” as he/she kills their victim by removing the hearts of their victim/s.

This telenovela starts the on the day when partners and friends at a prestigious Cosmetic Plastic Surgery and Spa, Dr. Julian García, Piedad Estevez, and Benjamin, discover that Rodrigo Quintana, a former old friend who studied medicine with them, returns to town after many years of being away.

Rodrigo, formerly Piedad’s boyfriend, vanished from their lives without saying goodbye when he admitted himself into a rehabilitation center for his addiction to drugs and alcohol. His sudden return brings much confusion into Piedad’s life and at the same time an enormous desire to believe in him again.
