Chilled beats inspired by the likes of Cafe Del Mar, deep house music and the groovy sounds of the Marumba band will complete the night into blissful ambience.

Guests can indulge in tropical drinks galore. Think Ron Zacapa Centenario rum and Don Julio Reposado tequila cocktails served in from bamboo sticks, hollow pineapple, coconut or even the African calabash, perfectly paired with fresh tropical fruit and a scrumptious menu.

“It’s been a great first year, we appreciate all the support we’ve received and with the Tiki party celebration, we want create the feeling of being at a tropical destination, whilst we have our beach at our doorstep, we thought why not bring it inside,” said Samantha Croft, general manager at the Southern Sun Elangeni & Maharani Complex.

The tropical inspired themed event will take place on Friday, 22 August. Entrance is free.
