Located between the ocean and a lagoon, the club will play host to this charity event. Registration will start at 10:00 with the day culminating in a cocktail party and prize giving at Shimmy Beach Club, which will have local celebrities, members of the media and VIPs in attendance.

The cost per ‘4-Ball’ is R4 000 and includes a shirt, cap, goodie bag and entry to the cocktail party where guests can experience Shimmy Beach Club’s hospitality at its best. Additional tickets for the cocktail party are also available at R300 each. Sponsorship opportunities are available where corporates are invited to sponsor a hole for R5 000 or donate prizes for prize giving. All proceeds raised from the day will be used to assist TygerBear Foundation with much-needed renovations and upgrades of the housing facilities.

The TygerBear Foundation serves children and families traumatised by sexual, physical and emotional abuse, terminal illnesses and chronic diseases such as HIV/AIDS to name a few. Shimmy Beach Club supports this foundation’s vision to establish an environment in which superior quality psychosocial care services can be rendered to improve the lives of children and their families.
