The agency is investing nearly R100 000 in bursaries as part of its 'Make It Matter' focus for 2021.

"'Make It Matter' is all about purpose and making a real difference — for our clients, our communities and our team," says Sylvia Schutte, managing director of Stratitude.

The four women will be enrolled in management skills courses that aim to empower them by improving personal growth, increasing skills and driving career growth.

"These bursaries form part of our skills development strategy and by contributing to the development and growth of these women, we believe we're making a real impact, not only in their lives but also in those of their families and communities," concludes Schutte.
