QACC Africa facilitates a diverse and inclusive economy in Africa by establishing a commercial ecosystem for queer entrepreneurs, queer-owned / operated businesses and the allied business community.

QACC Africa says that its approach is that of 'economic advocacy', believing that promoting economic inclusion along with economic development will ultimately achieve economic justice and societal integration for the LGBTQIA+ community.

This will allow LGBTQIA+ people to sustain their own lives, health, security and education without relying primarily on outside support while at the same time restoring a sense of human dignity to the community, QACC Africa adds.

In partnership with its PAN-Africa Board, Dziba's first task will be to establish and launch the South African chapter of the organisation.

"I am immensely honoured to have been identified as a suitable candidate and leader to carry forward QACC Africa's mission in South Africa and, by extension, Africa at large," says Dziba.

"It indeed is a vision and mission that aligns with my purpose, which is to see my community emancipated through active acts of visibility and advocacy, all of which will have long-term equity gains for the community," concludes Dziba.
