Rosebank Mall says that the 2025 event will feature vibrant bursts of powder showering down on runners.

Rosebank Mall Marketing Manager, Angelisa Gengan, says, "The Pink Run has become something special for our community — a morning where fitness, fun and fundraising come together for an incredible cause. Watching participants of all ages unite around CANSA's mission every year reminds us why we do this."

Friendly Competition

Pink Run is always about the journey. Whether participants are aiming for a personal best, a family looking for Saturday morning adventure, or just someone wants to be part of the experience, the event is all-inclusive. Every participant helps fund life-changing cancer research and support programmes, says the mall.

Corporate teams can compete to see who can field the most participants, whilst friend groups can compete for the most creative pink outfits or team themes.

No Lycra Required — Just Bring Energy

The Pink Run welcomes everyone from runners to leisurely strollers and toddlers in prams, says the mall.

Rosebank Mall invites individuals to share their Pink Run photos and tag their team mates to join the movement. Social media helps to educate masses in breast cancer awareness far beyond Rosebank's borders.

Funds Make for Real Impact

The Run is priced at R100 for adults and R80 for children. A portion of the ticket sales is allocated to CANSA, funding everything from research to early detection programmes and patient support. Crossing the finish line contributes to potentially saving lives, says the mall.

"Working with CANSA, whose dedication to cancer patients and families is truly remarkable, remains one of our proudest partnerships. Our participants bring such energy and heart to this event — they're the ones who make it extraordinary. We're expecting this year to be our biggest and most impactful yet," adds Gengan.

CANSA's work touches thousands of South African families every year, providing hope, support and practical help when it matters most.
