New all-girl group NKD members, Nikki, Kesha, and Deidre have released their first CD to the South African market. Launched by 2005 Idols Judge Randall Abrahams in association with Dave Thompson from Sony BMG, the band is already making its way up the 5FM charts, and is enjoying extensive airplay on both 94.7 Highveld Stereo and Jacaranda 94.2. Visuals for the CD were created by Espiál Top Branding and Design Consultancy 2006 (AdReview and AdFocus 2006). Abrahams says, “NKD are a very polished pop act, the ilk of which has not been seen in South Africa for a very long time. The girls are all talented in different ways, and most importantly they are exceptional vocalists”.
